Four steps.
A clearer way forward.
Inspect the Surface
We look at texture, patches, seams, lighting and the final appearance you want.
Choose the Right Method
We define whether the surface needs repair, skim coating, texture reduction or a combination.
Build and Refine
The wall is repaired, coated, sanded and checked through the agreed finishing process.
Final Walkthrough
We review the finished surface and confirm it is ready for primer and paint or complete if painting is included.
A few things
worth knowing.
Can every textured wall be made smooth?
Many can, but the existing texture and substrate need to be evaluated first. Some walls can be skim coated directly while others need repairs or preparation before smoothing.
Will smooth walls show more imperfections?
Smooth finishes can make poor workmanship easier to see, which is why the preparation and finishing process matters. The goal is a cleaner surface that performs well under the room's actual lighting and paint.
Do you paint after smoothing?
Interior painting can be included when it fits the project. The estimate will clearly state whether the scope ends at paint-ready drywall or includes primer and paint.
